Hello Everyone. This has been a great year, month, week for Skate Buds International Corporation. Just two weeks ago I released the first Skate Buds 5.0 Commerical titled “The Future Is Here”.
Watch the new Skate Buds 5.0 “The Future Is Here” Commercial HERE. If you Like It. Share It. For more information about Skate Buds Strap-on Heel Skates visit our website, SkateBuds.com.
Thanks to the commercial casting members. A BIG Thanks to Janice Nacol. The courageous 60-year-old woman, my client, who rode Skate Buds for the first time, in the commercial. Janice was a client of mine at LAFitness. She allowed me to turn her back into an athlete. Together we did some incredible things. She lost 50 lbs in 6 months. Dropped 5 pants sizes. We are now working on a six-pack. She is strong, flexible, and her endurance is unmatched for a 60-year-old woman. Hence her shirt which reads “I’m Smoking”. Shout out to the Nacol Law Firm.
Thanks to the members of my Skate Buds Fitness Team, Orion Hayes, Almira Akinpelu, Juan Velazquez, Kobe Poole, Davis Blair, Keylieah Garcia, and Nesiah Olivas for making this commercial with me. These students are excellent. I really appreciate their effort.
Thank you to Kevin MacLeod at incompetech.com, for the soundtrack.
Thank you to Abigail Holmes for the commercial voice-over.
I hope you enjoy the commercial. It represents growth. It represents fun. It represents the future of physical activity and exercise for ages 5 and up.

It seems that I missed the first week of summer camp at the East Dallas Boys & Girls Club. Tomorrow is our fourth official workout and its apparent to both me and the summer camp volunteers, the students want their Skate Buds. I want to teach the students functional stretches and improve their flexibility, but the kids have had enough of that.
There is one thing very clear, to me. The students want to exercise. When presented with the option, the students do not mind exercise, at least at the Skate Buds Get Fit Stay Fit Fitness Camp. Each workout has allowed me to observe and build on the things I’ve learned from the previous camps. I am excited about the progress of the camp, the excitement of the students, and their cooperation.
Tomorrow I will take the Skate Buds. The students have been asking for their Skate Buds since the first day I rolled in. They are going to be excited, I am excited for them. I will only give them one Skate Bud to practice the One Skate Push & Glide, to improve functional strength and balance. Of course, I will include core strengthening exercises and functional stretch exercises. But tomorrow will be another piece to the journey. The road to teaching the first generation of Skate Bud heel skaters. I am over whelmed with joy.
Kids health and kids fitness is in great hands with Skate Buds, strap-on heel skates.
